2 Builds Going

Well, I am continuing on with the bass build and the "Train Car" guitar build. I have gotten "Train Car" all routed out, sanded and ready for the finish to start being applied. I think I am going to go with just a Tung Oil finish. I'll apply around 10 coats of Tung Oil on it. I think that will look really cool. For the Bass, I still need to do a belly scarf on the back side and router out the control cavity. A little more work and it will be ready to start the stain and clear coats. It is going to be stained a lime green color and then sealed with a high gloss nitrocellulose finish. I can't wait to see both of these done.
